Director Ingrid Burling had 13 years experience in journalism, communications, consulting, change management and training for some of the world's leading blue chip companies, before qualifying as a Master Practitioner of NLP and Executive Coach ten years ago. She has been an Accelerated Learning Trainer for 6 years.
While running her coaching practice Ingrid developed an increasing interest in the work of Howard Gardner, and its significance for the modern day trainer, as well as for corporates and businesses seeking to maximize their training budgets.
A one-size fits all approach is still used by many trainers and in many organisations today, but Ingrid's experience has shown that accelerated learning techniques make a bigger impact, make the material more memorable and get the material into the muscle more quickly. Results for the client are invariably outstanding. For this reason she works through this medium wherever she can. She has been a trainer for over 30 years.
In her quest to work at the forefront of human development, Ingrid recently travelled to America to train as a PhotoReading instructor and was accredited in early Sept. She is now one of only 9 licensed instructors in the UK and the only one in Kent. Her mission is get Kent PhotoReading and to consolidate links with other instructors in Germany, France and Greece.
