We work in a unique way. First of all an initial meeting can be up to 90mins in length - far longer than is conventionally the case in our industry. Secondly, we follow a principle called the 50-minute truth, which comes from the field of psychology. Most managers have several areas to work on. Experience shows that after 50 minutes of working together, deeper truths will emerge that connect all the targeted areas together, and which can be worked upon. In doing this changes are made at the deepest level and so a far more cohesive result can be achieved. Once such an access point for change has been identified, and provided both client and coach feel that they are gelling, a contract can be agreed.

In our experience this style of coaching makes for a more satisfying experience, and while the pattern of change is different for everyone, generally speaking the rate of change is usually faster this way and Core Transformation - a major and permanent shift in belief patterns and behaviour - far more readily achieved.

Accelerated Learning

Did you know that if your presentation consists of delegates seated in rows and listening to you talking, you will have lost 70% of your audience?

Most training courses nowadays are still being developed by left brainers for left brainers using a one-size-fits-all approach - see the first bullet in this section. This is outmoded given what we now know about audience demographics and how people learn effectively - 45% of any given audience will be right brainers, for example - and it will not maximize your training and development budget.

If you are a Director or HR Manager and have been previously unaware of the significance of Accelerated Learning (AL) in the training environment or have not required your trainers to have this expertise, then you should be giving this some serious thought: accelerated learning trainers have the edge because they understand audience demographics and how we learn. They base the structure and content of their courses on this knowledge and so can capture the whole audience and deliver a more effective course.

AL trainers understand that a human being has eight intelligences and that each person will have a predominance in any three of these. The more of the intelligences you use in any training exercise, the deeper and more memorable the learning experience will be. The successful application of this in training is called 'deep learning' or 'whole mind learning' - and we specialize in it.
